Endolymphatic hydrops is a vestibular pathology that causeshearing loss, tinnitus, fullness in the ear and dizziness due to increasedendolymphatic pressure in the inner ear. Although BPPV and endolymphatichydrops are considered as two different entities, it has recently been reportedthat there may be a relationship between these two diseases. However, thepathophysiology of this relationship has not been clearly elucidated. In thispaper, we discussed the relationship between these two diseases accompanied bya patient with a sudden onset of endolymphatic hydrops and BPPV which wastreated with repositioning maneuver. CR - 1.
