KW - Virgin KW - Tubo-ovarian apse KW - Endometrioma KW - Akut batın KW - Laparoskopi N2 - The presence of tubo-ovarian abscess (TOA) with endometrioma cyst rupture is a very rare cause of acute abdomen in virgin women. A patient with severe abdominal pain was hospitalized with this diagnosis and intravenous antibiotic treatment was started. Laparoscopy was performed because the patient's complaints did not regress. Women with acute abdomen should be present in the TOA between the differential diagnoses regardless of the age group, and the diagnosis should be made quickly. Because the delay in treatment and morbidity and mortality rates increase. CR - 1.
