AB  - Türkçeninyabancılara öğretiminde, yaşamın tüm alanlarını etkileyen İnternet vebilgisayar teknolojisinin olanaklarından faydalanmak gerekir. Bu kapsamdaTürkçenin yabancılara öğretiminde kullanılacak teknolojik materyallerden biride podcastlerdir. Dil öğretiminde podcastler kullanılarak daha etkili ve hızlı sonuçlaralınabilir. Türkçe öğretiminde kullanılacak podcastlerin sahip olması gerekenözellikleri ortaya koymaya çalışan bu araştırmada veriler, betimsel taramayöntemiyle elde edilmiştir. İnternet ortamında yapılan araştırma, “Türkçeöğretimi podcast”, “yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi podcast”, “learn Turkishpodcast” ifadeleriyle sınırlandırılmış ve bu alanda yapılan çalışmalardanyararlanılmıştır. Ayrıca İngilizce öğretimi için hazırlanmış İnternetortamındaki podcastlerden “British Council” ve “ello.org” sitelerindekipodcastler incelenmiştir. Podcastler içerik, kültür aktarımı, farklı etkinlikleribarındırma ve oyunla öğretim vb. açılarından ele alınarak hazırlanacak Türkçepodcastlerin sahip olması gereken nitelikler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.YabancılaraTürkçe öğretiminde kullanılmak üzere hazırlanacak yapılandırılmış bir podcast;dilin doğal gelişimini yansıtan diyaloglardan ve öğrenci seviyelerine göre planlanansenaryolardan oluşmalı, sunucular aracılığıyla aktarılmalı, öğretilen dilinkültürel zenginliklerini kapsayacak şekilde düzenlenmeli, masal ve efsaneninmerak uyandırıcı etkisinden yararlanmalı; fıkra, bilmece ve oyunlararacılığıyla eğlenceli hale getirilmeli, alanında yetkin kişiler tarafındanoluşturulmalı, dinleme sonrasında kelime, gramer ve anlamlandırma çalışmalarınayer verilmelidir.

N2  - Inteaching Turkish to foreigners, it is necessary to benefit from the facilitiesof the İnternet and computer technologies which affect all domains of life. Inthis context, one of the technological materials to be used in teaching Turkishto foreigners are podcasts. Using podcasts in language teaching can yield moreeffective and faster results. In this study, which aims to reveal the necessarycharacteristics of the podcast to be used in teaching Turkish to foreigners,the data was obtained using the descriptive screening method. The study whichwas carried out on the İnternet was limited with the "Turkish teachingpodcast, "teaching Turkish to foreigners podcast", and “learn Turkish podcast” key words and studiesat these domains were benefited from. In addition, podcasts on the “BritishCouncil” and“ello.org” websites that are prepared for English teaching on theinternet were examined. Podcasts were analyzed based on content, culturetransfer, incorporation of different activities, and learning by playing etc.to determine the necessary characteristics of the Turkish podcasts to beprepared. A structured podcast to be used for teaching Turkish to foreignersshould consist of dialogues reflecting the natural development of the languageand scenarios tailored according to the students' levels, should be transferredthrough servers, organized in a way that covers the cultural richness of thelanguage to be taught, take use of the intriguing effect of tales and myths,rendered funny through jokes, riddles, and games, developed by field experts,and include vocabulary, grammar and meaning exercises after listening studies.
