AB  - Bu çalışmadaSchopenhauer’un düşüncelerinde özgür eylemin müzik aracılığıyla olanaklılığıaraştırılmıştır. Schopenhauer’un felsefesinin temel kavramı olan isteme,varolan her şeyin değişmez özünü belirtmektedir. İstemenin yegane amacıyaşamını sürdürmektir. Varolan her şey de bu amaç doğrultusunda istemeninbelirli basamaklardaki nesnelleşmesidir. İsteme görüngüler (fenomenler)dünyasında kendini açımlarken, uzay, zaman ve yeter sebep kalıplarıylanesnelleşir. Tek tek varolan her şey, aynı zamanda istemenin kendisi olarak,nedensellik zincirinin bir parçasıdır ve kör bir dürtü olan isteme tarafındankuşatılmıştır. Nedensellik özgür eylemi engellemektedir. Bir istemedoğrultusunda özgürce hareket edildiği düşünülse bile, bu hep daha önceyedayanan bir başka istemenin sonucu olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır Nedensellikzincirinin işleyişi bu şekildedir. Burada temel olan istemenin kendisinin bunedensellik zincirinden bağımsız bir şekilde özgür olup olmadığıdır. Körbir dürtü olan isteme tarafından kuşatılmış zorunlu bir nedensellik zinciri,özgür istemeyi engellemektedir. Çalışmanın bu bağlamındaSchopenhauer’un düşüncelerinde özgür eylemin olanaklılığı incelenmiş ve buolanaklılığın bir yolu olarak da müziğin doğası ortaya konulmuştur.

N2  - In this study,Schopenhauer's thoughts expressed the possibility of free action through music.The “will” which is the basic concept of Schopenhauer's philosophy refers tothe invariable essence of all things that exist. The only purpose of will is tolive. Everything exists is the objectivization of will in certain steps forthis purpose. In the world of phenomenon, self-explanations are objectivized byspace, time and sufficient reason’s forms. Everything that is individuallypresent is also part of the chain of causality, as a will itself, andsurrounded by a blind impulse. Causality is the obstacle of free action. Onecan think to move freely in the direction of a will but this is always theresult of another will based on a previous one. This is the way how thecausality chain works. The basis here is whether the request itself isindependent of this chain of causality. A compulsory chain of causalitysurrounded by will, which is a blind impulse, prevents free will. In thiscontext, the possibility of free action is examined in Schopenhauer's thoughtsand the nature of music is put forward as a way of this event.
