AB  - Objective:Hemangiomas are tumors distinguished by rapid endothelial cell multiplicationin early stages, trailed by involution after some time. N2  - Amaç: Hemanjiyomlar, erken evrelerde hızlı endotel hücreçoğalması ile ayırt edilen, bir süre sonra evrim gösterebilen tümörlerdir.Hemanjiyomlar, erken evrelerde geniş yayılım gösterebilen tümörlerdir. Rasemozhemanjiyom bir çeşit hemanjiyomdur. Genellikle nadir görülen bu vaskülerdistorsiyon, düzenli olarak genişleyerek büyüyen arteriyovenöz fistüllerdenoluşur. Görüntü olarak bir salkımsı üzümü andırırlar.Olgu sunumu: Bu olgu sunumunda, alt dudakta nadir görülen rasemozhemanjiyomu olan otuz bir yaşında bir hasta sunulmuştur.Sonuç: Günümüzde, küçük vasküler lezyonların tedavisindesıklıkla eksizyonel cerrahi tedavi uygulanmaktadır. Kesin tanı, iyi birplanlama ve minimal invaziv tedavi ile vasküler lezyonlar en az kan kaybı vemorbidite ile tedavi edilebilmektedir.
