To reach the aim of this research honey consumption patterns are also shown. The universe of the study is Kırklareli. Convenience sampling method was used. Data were collected by questionnaire method. Structural equation modelling with partial least squares method was used to identify the relationship. There were found a significant relationship between honey quality and honey purchasing but honey quality perception of the participants showed different construct. Brand names and warrantees on label have no value in honey quality perception.
