AB  - Gossipiboma,operasyon lojunda unutulmuş cerrahi spançlar nedeniyle oluşmuş kitlelezyonlardır. Unutulmuş cerrahi materyaller nadir ve önemli birkomplikasyondur. Nadir görülmesi ve semptomlarının spesifik olmaması nedeniyletanısı klinik olarak zordur. Operasyon öyküsü bulunan olgularda gossipibomaolasılığı her zaman akılda tutulmalıdır. Bu sunumda, histerektomi ve lomberdisk cerrahisi sonrası, spesifik olmayan ağrı ve ateş şikayetleri ile başvuran,iki farklı olguyu ele alıyoruz.
