AB  - Renal artery aneurysm is the local expansionof renal artery, its branches or both dueto the weakening of the elastic tissue and mediaof arterial wall structure. It has four basictypes as saccular, fusiform, dissected andintrarenal based on Poutasse classification,there is a gradual increase in proofs and studyresults showing that endovascular treatmentshould be preferred in renal artery aneurysmtreatment in correlation with the endovascularexperience and technology improvingespecially in recent years.Our aim in this case presentation was topresent the left renal artery saccular aneurysmrupture patient treated endovascularlyand discuss with literature.

N2  - Renal arter anevrizması, renal arterin,dallarının veya her ikisinin de elastik dokularınınve arteriyel duvar yapısının zayıflamasınedeniyle lokal olarak genişlemesine denir.Poutasse sınıflamasına göre sakküler, fuziform,disseke ve intrarenal olmak üzere dörttemel tipi vardır.Özellikle son yıllarda artan endovaskülertedavi tecrübesi ve teknoloji ile bağlantılı olarak,renal arter anevrizması tedavisinde endovaskülertedavinin öncelikli olduğunu belirtençalışmalarda da bir artış söz konusudur.Bu olgu sunumundaki amacımız endovaskülerolarak tedavi edilen 3 cm’lik sol renalarter sakküler anevrizma rüptürlü hastayısunmak ve literatür eşliğinde tartışmaktır.
