N2  - Fault responsibility is defined as that an agent does a faulty and illegal action. It is assumed that this agent should cornpensate both pecuniary and intangible damages that he cause. In this context, everyone, is having the responsibility, should be categorized, as everyone has no responsibility, equally with others. There is a considerable difference between those has lawful capability and those has no one, because everyone has a responsibility in respect of their capability
