Therefore, the equal opportunity isnot a slogan to be raised, or claim to be invited, but it's a political willand national strategy. This research aims to identify the contributions and theeffects of equal opportunities on the employee performance in workplace andanalyses the effectiveness of equal opportunities on employee performance amongemployees on BDF hospital in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The dimensions of equalopportunities namely; equal opportunity, equal employee training, equalpayment, recruitment and selection, the sample size of this study consisted of 341workers. The data was analysed using SPSS (Statistical Package for SocialScience) version 25 for Windows. The results of the regression analysis showedsignificant and positive impact on equal opportunities and employee performancein the organization of its four dimensions. Thus, this article is significanceas its concerning on the future directions as well as addresses other variablesin the workplace which can be utilized to enhance this area.
