Small bowel is the mostcommon involvement in gastrointestinal tract, while gastric involvement israre. A 82-year-old male patient who presented to the emergency department withcomplaints of hematemesis and melena had a large number of black polypoidmasses in the gastric corpus and antrum in his gastroscopic examination. And the result of the biopsy takenfrom that part, was malignant melanoma. In this way, it is very rare that apatient who is not known to have malignant melanoma, presents with uppergastrointestinal bleeding.
