AB  - Big History Project (BHP) Büyük Patlama'dangünümüze kadar olan tarihi, disiplinlerarası bir biçimde kapsayan pilotokullar, öğretmenler ve eğitimciler için oluşturulmuş ücretsiz ve çevrimiçi bireğitim platformudur. Proje, lise öğrencileri arasında öğrenme konusunda dahabüyük bir kapasite geliştirmeye adanmıştır. Projeyi destekleyenler arasındaBill Gates, David Christian ve Michigan Üniversitesi bulunmaktadır. BHP,dünyaya büyük bir resim sunmakta ve öğrencilerin okul içinde ve dışındaöğrendiklerini anlamlandırmak için bir çerçeve geliştirmelerine yardımcıolmaktadır. Derslerde öğrencilere, yaklaşık 14 milyar yıl olan dünya tarihindebugüne nasıl vardığımız ve gelecekte nelerle karşılaşabileceğimiz konusundageniş bir perspektif sunulmaktadır. 2011yılında 7 pilot okulda başlatılan çalışma, 2019 yılı itibariyle 1500'ünüzerinde okulda yaygınlaştırılmıştır. Bu okulların büyük bir bölümü Amerika'dabulunmaktadır. Programda yer alan öğrenciler okuma, yazma ve içerik bilgisindenet ve kanıtlanmış kazanımlar göstermektedir. Programın bu iddiasından ötürüson yıllarda İngiltere'deki okulların da bu programı uygulamaya geçtiklerigörülmektedir. Bu başarıya rağmen BHP ve proje ana sponsoru Bill Gates müfredatsunumundan ötürü eleştirilmektedir.

N2  - The Big HistoryProject (BHP) is a free and online training platform for pilot schools,teachers and educators covering the history from the Big Bang to the present inan interdisciplinary manner. The project is dedicated to building a greatercapacity for learning history among high school students. Project supportersinclude Bill Gates, David Christian and the University of Michigan. BHPprovides a great picture to the world and helps students develop a framework tomake sense of what they learn inside and outside the school. The lessons providestudents with a broad perspective on how we have reached today and what we canface in the future, which is around 14 billion years in world history. Thestudy started in 7 pilot schools in 2011 and has been expanded to more than1500 schools as of 2019. Most of these schools are located in America. Studentsin the program show clear and proven gains in reading, writing, and contentknowledge. Because of this claim of the program, it is seen that schools in theUK have also implemented this program in recent years. Despite this success,BHP and the project main sponsor, Bill Gates have been criticized.
