AB  - Malign melanomların büyük çoğunluğu gözün koroid membranı ve deriden kaynaklanır. Genitoüriner sistemin primer malign melanomu oldukça nadirdir ve tüm melanomların yaklaşık %0,2'sini oluşturur. Ancak genitoüriner sisteme olan malign melanom metastazı nispeten yaygındır. En yaygın semptomu gross makroskopik hematüridir. Bazı hastalarda sistitle ilişkili semptomlar ön plandadır. Şu ana kadar literatürde 19 vaka rapor edilmiştir. Biz bu vakada son derece nadir görülen genitoüriner sistemin primer malign melanomunu literatür eşliğinde sunmayı amaçladık

N2  - The great majority of malignant melanoma arises in the skin and in the choroid membrane of the eye. Primary malignant melanoma of the genitourinary tract is quite rare and accounts for approximately 0,2% of all melanomas. However, metastases of malignant melanoma to the genitourinary tract are relatively common. Gross hematuria is the most frequent symptom. Some patients may present with symptoms related to cystitis.
