For the banking sector enterprises that have to operate in a way to meet the new needs of their customers while maintaining their corporate structure, it is very important that their employees have innovative features. This study aims to investigate the innovative behavior characteristics of bank employees according to their demographic characteristics, experiences and educational status. Within the scope of the study, 443 banking sector personnel were surveyed. As a result of the analysis of the dataset obtained, it was found that the innovative behaviors of the banking sector employees differ according to different sector experiences, ages and educational backgrounds (p 0.05). However, the gender, marital status and banking tenure of the banking sector employees have no effect on their innovative behavior (p 0.05).
