Due to visitor numbers reaching significant amounts, especially in the summer months, the necessity to renovate, develop and ensuresustainability of landscaping infrastructure and furnishings was revealed inline with visitor perceptions. The study applied face-to-face surveys to 100individuals over the age of 18 years visiting the area. Data obtained from thesurvey were evaluated with linear regression analysis in the SPSS 15.0statistical program. The results of the analysis found an R2 value of 0.516,showing that the independent variables of “open and enclosed viewing terraces, car park, furnishings (like pergolas, seating groups, waste bins, digitalinformation panels) and planting” explained 52% of the variation in thedependent variable of “satisfaction rate”. With the ANOVA test, the “p” value of“0.000” was found, indicating that the regression model was significant for thewhole study. The VIF value was 3 and above showing no correlations betweenindependent variables and emphasizing that four variables should remain in themodel (open and enclosed viewing terraces, furnishings, car park). Inconclusion, in line with visitor perceptions, the necessity to includelandscaping in the area especially the role of planting as shade andwindbreaks, car park, furnishings like pergola, waste bins, digital informationpanels and seating groups, and open and enclosed viewing terraces wasdetermined. Applications of these appropriate to the day’s conditions andvisitor requirements will contribute to visitor satisfaction.
