AB  - Paratestiküler Rabdomiyosarkom İntraskrotal bölgede görülen tümörler, testis ve paratestiküler yapılardan kaynaklanabilmektedirler. Paratestiküler tümörler nadir olarak görülmektedirler  1 . Malign paratestiküler tümörlerin %46,4’ünü liposarkom, %20’sini leiomyosarkom, %13’ünü malign fibröz histiositom ve %9’unu embryonel rabdomiyosarkom oluşturmaktadır  2 . RMS Rabdomiyosarkom  sıklıkla çocuk ve adolesan yaş grubunda görülür ve hastalar ağrısız skrotal kitle ile başvurur  3 . Bu çalışmada sol radikal orşiektomi sonrası saptanan ve nadir görülen paratestiküler embriyonel rabdomiyosarkom olgusu literatür eşliğinde sunulmuştur

N2  - Paratesticular Rhabdomyosarcoma Intrascrotal tumors may originate from testicular or paratesticular tissue. Tumors in the paratesticular region are seen rarely  1 . Among the malignant tumors, the most common histotype is liposarcoma  46.4% , followed by leiomyosarcoma  LMS   20% , malignant fibrous histiocytomas  MFH   13% , and embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma  9%   2 . Rhabdomyosarcoma is frequently seen in children and adolescents. The most common symptom is painless swelling in scrotum  3 . In this paper we present a case who was diagnosed as paratesticular embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma in histological examination of radical orchiectomy material
