TY - JOUR T1 - Sensorless Speed Control of Induction Motors with Artificial Neural Networks AU - Otkun, Ozcan PY - 2020 DA - December JF - Journal of Engineering and Technology JO - JETECH PB - Batman University WT - DergiPark SN - 2619-9483 SP - 19 EP - 26 VL - 4 IS - 1 LA - en AB - BecauseInduction Motors (IM) are widely used in industrial areas, the control problemof these motors at different speeds has emerged. In this study, sensorlessspeed control of IM was performed with Artificial Neural Networks (ANN).Frequency-controlled scalar control method was utilized to control IM. Speedand torque data have been entered to ANN. Here, ANN provided to achieve thedesired speed of the motor by estimating frequency. The results of the studyconducted based on Matlab/Simulink examined and presented. KW - Sensorless control KW - speed control KW - IM KW - ANN CR - [1] P. M. Menghal, and A. J.
