AB  - Primarysplenic angiosarcoma and associated spontaneous splenic rupture are very rarediseases. In this article, we discussed a patient who had the complaint ofsudden onset abdominal pain, had shock findings in the first examination andwho was diagnosed with splenic rupture in the later evaluation. In our case,the patient was diagnosed with angiosarcoma by post-operative pathologymaterial results. Since mortality rate is very high in angiosarcoma patientswho develop splenic rupture; splenectomy should be performed in the early period,if patients are diagnosed with splenic angiosarcoma.

N2  - Primerdalak anjiosarkomu ve buna bağlı olarak görülen spontan dalak rüptürü çok nadirgörülen bir hastalıktır. Bu yazıda ani başlangıçlı karın ağrısı ile başvuran vegeliş muayenesinde şok bulguları olan, sonrasında yapılan değerlendirmededalak rüptürü tespit edilen olgu tartışıldı. Olgumuzda anjiosarkom tanısıpost-op patoloji materyal sonucu ile konuldu. Dalak rüptürü gelişen anjiosarkomolgularında mortalite çok yüksek seyrettiğinden, hastalara dalak anjiosarkomtanısı aldığı takdirde erken dönemde splenektomi uygulanmalıdır.
