AB  - A patient admitting to emergency department without specific symptoms was diagnosed with a rare condition by cranial imagining. Dolichoectasia is the enlargement of the arteries frequently affecting intracranial arteries but bilateral carotid arteries involvement is rare. We present computered tomography and magnetic resonance imagining of a dolichoesctasis case.

Dolikoektasi sıklıklaintrakranial arterleri etkileyen arterlerin genişleme durumudur fakat bilateralkarotis arter tutulumu nadir görülmektedir. Biz burada dolikoektazi vakasınınbilgisayarlı tomografi ve manyetik rezonans görüntülemelerini sunuyoruz.
