They are scar tissues that project above the skin surface and may be tender or pruritic. They cause functional and aesthetic discomfort to the patient. This is a case report of a 34 year old woman who was diagnosed as a case of keloid of the left auricle and treated surgically. Keloids have a high degree of recurrence even after treatment.
