Bunun yanı sıra yönteme ait çeşitli komplikasyonlar da görülebilir. Bu olgu sunumunda, PFO’nun perkütan yolla kapatılması sırasında sağ atriyum arka duvarı perforeolan, acil şartlarda başarılı bir ameliyatla, sağ atriyumun tamiri ve PFO’nun cerrahi olarak primer kapatıldığıbir hastayı aktarmak istedik. However, various complications of the method can be observed. Here we report the case of a patient in whom right atrium posterior wall perforated during percutaneous closure of PFO, for which successful surgical repair of the right atrium and surgical primary closure of PFO was performed.
