ThisCouncil of Ministers' decision was published in the Official Gazette andsubmitted to the Parliament for approval in accordance with article 121/1of the Constitution and was approved by the decision of the Parliamentdated 21.7.2016 and numbered 1116; later, it has been extended for threemonths each time.
