AB  - Perkütan bilier balon dilatasyonu  PBBD  tedavisi  benign patolojiler nedeniyle gelişen darlıklara 1980'  li yıllardan itibaren uygulanan bir tedavi yöntemidir.  Kolanjit şikayetleri ve hiperbilirübinemisi bulunan ve  yapışıklıklar nedeni ile parsiel kolesistektomi operasyonu  hikayesi bulunan olgunun endoskopi eşliğinde uygulanan  işlemlere cevap vermeyen darlığına perkütan  balon dilatasyonu ile tedavisi gerçekleştirildi. Dirençli  darlığı bulunan olgumuzdaki PBBD tedavisini literatür  ışığında sunmayı amaçladık.

N2  - Percutaneous biliary balloon dilatation  PBBD  treatment  is applied to the benign biliary stenosis since the  early 80's. In this patient with cholangitis, hyperbilirubinemia  and a history of partial cholecystectomy, PBBD  treatment was applied to the stenosis unresponsive to  endoscopic procedures due to adhesions. Herein, we  present a case undergoing PBBD due to resistant stenosis  with a review of the literature.
