KW - Üreteral fibroepitelyal polip KW - üreter taşı KW - holmiyum-yttrium aluminum garnet lazer N2 - Ureteral fibroepithelial polyp is the most common benign lesion of the ureter. It is macroscopically seen as polypoid lesions with smooth-shiny surface. Fibroepithelial polyp is rarely accompanied with ureteral stones. The most common symptom of polyps are colic flank pain and hematuria. Traditionally, polyps have been managed by open exploration and resection, but today patients can be treated endoscopically with percutaneous, ureteroscopic and laparoscopic techniques. In this report, we present three cases with ureteral fibroepithelial polyp and concomitant ureteral stones treated with Ho-YAG laser endoscopically CR - Williams TR, Wagner BJ, Corse WR, Vestevich JC.
