N2  - Paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma is a rare  subtype of testicular tumors. It is malignant tumor of childhood. there are no biochemical markers, special radiological imaging that may be  helpful in the diagnosis in ultrasonography and  MRI. We presented that paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma which is a rare tumor in urological  practice and been delayed diagnosis and were  discussed in context of academic literature.
