AB  - Her ne kadar hayatımızı olumsuz yönde etkilediği genel bir kanı olsa da, günlük yaşantımızın olmazsa olmazı haline gelen plastik maddeler, yeni bilimsel çalışmalarla birlikte gelişmekte ve her geçen gün ürün gamına yeni plastik türleri eklenmektedir. Bu yazımızda plastiklerin, Gümrük Tarife Cetvelindeki yeri ve dünya çapında en çok kullanılan plastik türü olan polietilendeki teknolojik gelişmeler paralelinde ve diğer bilimsel kaynaklar ışığında Gümrük Tarife Cetvelinin durumu incelenmiştir
N2  - Plastics that have become the sine qua non of our daily lives in spite of the fact that a general belief that adversely affect our lives, has developed with scientific studies and has been added new types of plastics to the product range each day. The position of plastics in Customs Tariff and the status of Customs Tariff of polyethylene that is the most used plastics in the worldwide in the light of scientific resources against the technological development have been discussed in this paper
