Twenty five moderately active females volunteered to participate in this study and were randomly assigned to whole body resistance trained WRT n=13; 23.1±2.0 years and control C groups n=12; 22.5±1.7 years . Height, body weight and body composition measurements were held. Total body fat %BF , fat mass FM , fat-free mass FFM , and bone mineral density BMD measurements were performed with dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. After completing the pre-test measurements, the WRT subjects were participated in 12 week whole body resistance training. At the end of the 12week training period, paired t-test results showed that there was a significant p}, number={3}, publisher={Nigde Omer Halisdemir University}
