AB  - Fekal Mikrobiyota Transplantasyonu, başta gastrointestinal sistemin bazı enfeksiyonları olmak üzere obezite, diyabet, metabolik sendrom, parkinson ve multiple skleroz gibi bazı sağlık sorunları için önemli bir tedavi seçeneğidir. FekalMikrobiyota Transplantasyonu, sağlıklı donörden alınan gaitanın hazırlık aşamalarından geçirilerek hastaya nakledilmesi işlemidir. Donör seçiminde, donör taraması protokolleri uygulanmaktadır. Nakil işlemi alt, üst gastrointestinal yol ve oral kapsül yolu ile gerçekleştirilmektedir. FekalMikrobiyota Transplantasyonunun muhtemel yararlarını ortaya koymaya yönelik çalışmalar halen devam etmektedir. Bu derlemenin amacı fekal transplantasyon öncesi, sırası ve sonrasındaki uygulamalar ile hemşirelik bakımını incelemektir.
