AB  - The main purpose of the article is to present a new methodology for Agile project management in the public sector and to discuss the issues related to its implementation in governmental organizations. The methodology is hybrid insofar as it implements agile tools in a traditional hierarchical environment. The approach aims to overcome some of the weaknesses of public sector project management, such as the cumbersome communication system, the multilevel hierarchy in reporting levels, ex-post control, high risk, large bureaucracy, voluminous documentation, etc.
