But for Western politicians, liberalism is Europe’s most valuable legacy to the modern world, a system that supports democracy, promotes the idea of freedom and togetherness, and promotes the development of society. In Afghanistan, although radicals and political Islamists do not care about liberalism, innovators have long been starved of liberalism. But this loss has never been shown to the people of Afghanistan. Because an element is still missing in the political culture of these people; “philosophical I concept.” The concept of “I” in Afghanistan has been removed by the belonging identity. On the other hand, every thought that enters the history of Afghanistan with the force of sanction, every ideology that has faced countersanction and incorporates innovation, conflict with the opposite. But in the face of classical Islam, Political Islam has entered Afghanistan’s political scene both as an innovative thought and as a spiritual development. Despite this, the Islamic tradition was easily accepted by the people of Afghanistan. In Eastern societies, a dialogue that can be implemented in the nation is actually a dialogue that can show its reputation to that nation. The thought of political Islam although it ultimately does not show good results can comfortably show its reputation to the people of Afghanistan. But what is the chance of liberalism as a political dialogue to show the credibility of the people of Afghanistan? What is the source and philosophy of the arguments that have aborted the idea of liberalism in Afghanistan? This study was prepared in the way of finding answers to the questions asked above}, number={2}, publisher={Hakan YALAP}
