and number of lambs weaned per per ewe lambed (DKSK). For this purpose, repeatabilities have been cstimated with intra-class correlation method, and heritabilities with
paternal half-si b correlation method. The effects of year and ewe’s age on the above traits
were also examined by estimating their magnitudes with the leastsquares procedure. All
available rocords wcre used for studying the environmental effects, while repeatability analyses were performed considering only the records of ewes which had records in two or more
years. For the heritability analyscs, records obtained in the first two performance years
