for the intestinal helminths. At the results of the examinations 7 out of 17 birds were found
to be heavily infeeted with Ccstodes.
II. Speeimens whieh were eolleeted from the smail intestines of the birds were idendified as Hyrrumolopis coronula.
III. Reeent investigations on the Cestodes of birds reviewed and noles about their
~orphologieal and biologieal eharaeteristics of H.rmenolepis coronula and control methods of
the poultry Cestodes are given.
Özet: i. ızmir ve Antalya bölgesinden elde edilen i 7 saksağanın barsak helmintleri
yönünden muayeneleri yapılmış, İzmir bölgesinden 2, Antalya bölgesinden 5 saksağanda
fazla miktarda Cestodlara rastlanmıştır.
II. ınce barsaklardan toplanan numunelerin mikroskopik muayeneleri yapılmış ve
ve bunların Ifymenelepis cOTonula olduğu tesbit edilmiştir.
III. Kanatlı eestodlarıyle ilgili yeni araştırmalar gözden geçirilerek konu ile ilgili literatür bilgisi verilmiştir.}, number={03}
