AB  - Mental retardasyon hikayesi olan 21 yaşında genç bayan hasta akut ince barsak tıkanma bulgularıyla acil servise başvurdu. Eksploratif laparatomide mide de eşlik eden bezoar olmaksızın terminal ileumda trikobezoar gözlendi. N2  - Twenty one year old lady with a previous history of mental retardation, presented to surgical emergency department with features of acute intestinal obstruction. Exploratory laparotomy revealed trichobezoar in the terminal ileum without a parent bezoar in the stomach.
