AB  - Amaç: Yenilikçi ve Girişimci Üniversite endeksinde yer alan üniversitelerin 2012-2017 dönem aralığındaki değerlerindenhareketle alternatif tek bir sıralama oluşturmaktır.Yöntem: Çalışmada gri sayılar ile entegre olarak ARAS-G yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Önerilen modelin geçerliliğiniincelemek üzere yıl bazlı sıralamalara ek olarak TOPSIS-G yöntemi ile de sonuçlar sıralanmış ve bu sıralamalar arasındakikorelasyonlar incelenmiştir.Bulgular: ARAS-G yöntemi ile bulunan sıralamanın tüm yıllar ile anlamlı yüksek korelasyona sahip olduğu ayrıca buyöntemin TOPSIS-G yöntemine nazaran her yılı daha fazla temsil ettiği belirlenmiştir. ARAS-G yöntemi ile yapılan analizsonuçlarına göre ilk sırada Sabancı Üniversitesi yer alırken, ikinci sırada Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi yer almıştır.Sonuç ve Öneriler: Önerilen ARAS-G yöntemi, zaman boyutunun da karar sürecine dahil edildiği bu araştırmada,geçerli sonuçlar üretmektedir. Başka karar probleminde yöntemin uygulanabilirliğinin incelenmesi ayrıca gri sayılarelde edilirken hesaplanan ortalama ve standart sapma için yıllara göre ağırlıklandırma yapılarak analizin tekrar edilmesiönerilebilir.Özgün Değer: Belirlenen zaman kesitini temsil etmek üzere hesaplanmış gri sayıların ARAS yöntemi ile entegrekullanımı çalışmanın özgün değerini oluşturmaktadır.

N2  - Purpose: To create an alternative single ranking based on the values of the universities included in the Innovative andEntrepreneurial University index between 2012-2017.Methodology: In this study, the ARAS-G method is used in integration with the gray numbers. In order to examine thevalidity of the proposed model, in addition to the year-based rankings, the TOPSIS-G method also ranked the resultsand the correlations between these rankings are examined.Findings: It is determined that the ranking found with the ARAS-G method has a significant high correlation with allyears and this method represents more each year than the TOPSIS-G method. According to the results of the analysismade with the ARAS-G method, Sabancı University ranked first, and Middle East Technical University ranked second.Practical Implications: The proposed ARAS-G method produces valid results in this study in which the time periodis also included in the decision process. In another decision problem, examining the applicability of the method canalso be suggested to repeat the analysis by weighting by years for the mean and standard deviation calculated whileobtaining gray numbers.Originality: The integrated use of the gray numbers calculated to represent the specified time interval with the ARASmethod constitutes the original value of the study.
