AB  - In our world today, where boundaries disappear in some ways, there is immigration, not been occurred in history, which makes continuous reaction with its reasons and results. Millions of people migrate because of reasons such as globalization, polarization, nonstop wars, prevalent economic instability, world population which continues to rise, sources not being distributed fairly etc. to have e better life. Global victims travelling from their homeland to hope, encounter up-to-date global racism in western developed countries which is tied in with the past more or less but has some differences. Global racism which is based upon cultural referances and different from master race understanding, is becoming a means of continuing system of exploitation of nation states which use intolerance to other nations and socities’ differences as a discriminator factor. The up-to-date racism understanding which forms a basis for a crisis, taking a step further to “New World Order”, makes sense of supremacy over western developed countries for continuous exploitation. As the biological racism,which is based upon race, remains incapable in forming “New World Order”, a new global racist understanding has been created which is becoming more political, uncontrolled and is blowing tensions.
