Kök kanallarında kalan boşluklar mikro bilgisayarlı tomografi ile incelenmiştir. Bağlanma dayanımları push-out testi ile değerlendirilmiştir.Bulgular: Bağlanma dayanımı açısından EndoSequence BC Sealer grubunda apikal üçlüde daha yüksek skorlar gözlendi. Kök kanallarında oluşan boşluklar açısından gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunamadı.
