The increased expectancy of a longer and healthier life has created curiosity about how nutrition can be. Nutrition is one of the critical factors for healthy aging. Some diet models and diet applications (for example, calorie restriction) extend the quality and span of life. Life expectancy is longer in some places globally (Blue Zones, Hunza, Abkhazia, Vilcabamba), which is mainly linked to nutrition. Peoples who live longer eat natural foods, primarily vegetables and fruits, fish, yogurt, and drink pure water. In addition to nutritional behavior, lifestyle is essential.
