AB  - Bu çalışmada Türk ve Fransız şaraplarından oluşan toplam 30 farklı beyaz, pembe ve kırmızı şarap örneğinde poliol miktarları GC-MS teknikleri kullanılarak saptanmış ve Türk ve Fransız şarapları 1,2 propandiol, etilenglikol, 2,3-butandiol ve gliserol miktarları yönünden karşılaştırılmıştır. Elde olunan sonuçlara göre genel olarak, Türk şaraplarının Fransız şaraplarına göre daha düşük miktarda poliol içerdikleri belirlenmiştir.
N2  - In this research 30 different Turkish and French wine samples (white, red and rose) were analysed by using GC-MS techniques to determination of their poliols contents. The level of polyols such as; 1,2 propandiol, ethylenglycol, 2,3-butandiol and glycerol has been compared in the different French and Turkish wine samples. The results show that the polyols content of Turkish wines are generally lower than French wines.
