In this study, especially, it has been shown that how companies has coped with the conflictual demands of the environmental, public and market institutional logics. Qualitative research methods have been used in the study. An answer to the research question has been produced with the data collected from 2 companies in the Cukurova Region of Turkey. The data has been collected with face-to-face interviews and document examinations.
