AB  - Çalışma, nohutta Rhizobium ssp. aşılamanın ekimden sonra değişik dönemlerde [20. gün, 40. gün ve çiçeklenme (62.gün)] bitkinin bazı özelliklerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma, saksı şartlarında ve tesadüf parselleri-faktöriyel deneme deseninde beş tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Bakteri aşılamanın bitkide toplam ağırlık,kök ağırlığı, toprak üstü aksam ağırlığı, etkili nodül sayısı ve ağırlığı ile kök ve toprak üstü akşamın azot oranına 40. ve 62. günde (çiçeklenme) önemli etkileri belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, bakteri aşılamanın incelenen özelliklere çiçeklenme döneminde daha etkili olduğu da belirlenmiştir.

N2  - This study was carried out to determine the effects of inoculation with Rhizobium ssp. on some characters in different stages [20 th day, 40 th day and flowering (62nd day)] after sowing in chickpea. The trial was designed in randomized plots-factorial with five replications in pot conditions. The effects of bacteria inoculation were found significant on total weight/plant, plant top parts weight/plant,number of effective nodule and weight/plant, rate of nitrogenin roots and top of plant/ plant at 40 th and 62 nd (flowering) days . On the other hand, the effects of bacteria inoculation on investigated characters were found higher in flowering stage than others.
