AB  - Bu çalışmanın amacı, tüm dünyada bitkisel yağ üretiminde hammadde olarak kullanılan soya, ayçiçeği, kolza, çiğit ve palm gibi başlıca yağlı tohumların piyasalarındaki güncel gelişmeler eşliğinde Türkiye kolza tohumu piyasasının incelenmesidir. Yüksek besin değerlerine sahip kolza tohumu, dünya yağlı tohum piyasalarında artan talebi ve fiyatıyla dikkat çeken başlıca yağlı tohumlardan biridir. Bu araştırmada, Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu’ndan elde edilen 2000-2020 dönemi Türkiye kolza ekim alanı, üretim miktarı, verimi, satış fiyatı ile 2000-2018 dönemi kolza dış ticaret verilerinden yararlanılmıştır. Excel programında trend analizi yöntemi kullanılarak, veri setinin fiili dönem değişim eğilimleri ve 2025 yılına kadar yakın gelecek projeksiyonları hesaplanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, Türkiye’de kolza ekim alanlarının, üretim miktarının, veriminin ve fiyatlarının gelecek dönemlerde de farklı şiddetlerde artma eğilimi gösterecekleri öngörülmüştür. Bu projeksiyonların elde edildiği trend analizlerinin regresyon katsayıları sırasıyla yaklaşık, %85,5, %86,3, %78,2 ve %93,5 olarak ölçülmüştür. Diğer taraftan ihracatın, ithalatın ve dış ticaret dengesindeki açığın da devam edeceği öngörülmüş, bu analizlere ilişkin regresyon katsayıları sırasıyla yaklaşık, %51,6, %5,7 ve %3,2 olarak belirlenmiştir.

N2  - The aim of this study is to examine Turkish rapeseed market in the light of the recent developments in the markets of major oilseeds such as soybean, sunflower, rapeseed, cottonseed and palm, which are used as raw materials vegetable oil production all over the world. Rapeseed, which has high nutritional values, is one of the main oilseeds that attracts attention with increasing demand and price in the world oilseed markets. In this research, we used Turkey's rapeseed cultivation area, production, yield, and price data for 2000-2020 period and rapeseed foreign trade data for 2000-2018 period obtained from the Turkish Statistical Institute. The previous periods change trends of the data set and the projections until 2025 were calculated by using the trend analysis method in the Excel program. The results shows that rapeseed cultivation areas, production, yield and prices in Turkey will tend to increase at different intensities. The regression coefficients of the trend analyzes were measured as 85.5%, 86.3%, 78.2% and 93.5%, respectively. On the other hand, exports, imports and the deficit in foreign trade balance will continue. The regression coefficients for these analyzes were determined as 51.6%, 5.7% and 3.2%, respectively.
