We describe a case of conjunctival intraepithelial neoplasia who is 28 years old woman. After clinical and cytologic diagnosis, 5-FU attouchement applied three times daily for 30 days. After the treatment, cytologic examination showed normal epithelium. No side effects observed during and after treatment. No recurrence was noted after treatment. Treatment of epithelial neoplasia of the conjunctiva with topical 5-FU is an effective approach. But, in topical use side effects are very frequent. It is thought that when the lesion is small, attouchment therapy can be a good alternative for preventing side effects of 5- FU.
