Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the efficiency of SDS-PAGE in visualization of described E/S proteins.

Materials and Methods: SDS-PAGE seperation was performed by using 10% seperation gel and 5% stacking gel.

Results: About 20 out of the 30 known F. Hepatica E/S proteins and 2 out of 6 F. gigantica E/S proteins were determined.

Conclusion: Use of 10% gel in SDS-PAGE method was efficient in determination of F. Hepatica E/S proteins but the success rate was not the same for determination of F. gigantica.
