                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye Yüzyılı Maarif Modelinin 2024-2025 eğitim-öğretim yılı itibarıyla ilk kez uygulanmaya başlandığı dönemde, okullarda kullanılan 5. sınıf ders kitabının matematiksel ilişkilendirme modelinin gerçek hayatla ilişkilendirme boyutu açısından analiz edilerek değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmada doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmış olup, ele alınan etkinlik, örnek ve problemler Gainsburg’un (2008) kategorileri kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.  Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, Türkiye Yüzyılı Maarif Modeli çerçevesinde geliştirilen öğretim materyalleri için matematiksel ilişkilendirme alanında bazı olumlu gelişmeler gösterdiği söylenebilir ancak matematik kitabında yapılan ilişkilendirmelerin özellikle belirli alt kategorilerde yoğunlaştığı, diğer kategorilerin ise kitapta yeterince temsil edilmediği görülmüştür. Ancak genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde, bu tür modellere daha fazla yer verilmesi gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.  Matematik ders kitaplarının özellikle çeşitlilik ve derinlik bakımından daha da geliştirilmesi gerektiği açıktır. Özellikle, ders kitaplarında daha fazla ve farklı ilişkilendirme türlerinin yer alması, öğrencilerin sadece matematiksel kavramları öğrenmelerine değil, aynı zamanda bu kavramları çeşitli bağlamlarda kullanabilme yetilerini de güçlendirecektir.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>This study aims to analyze and evaluate the mathematical connections model of the 5th-grade textbook used in schools when the Turkish Century Education Model was first implemented in the 2024-2025 academic year regarding, its connection with real life. The document analysis method was used in the research, and the activities, examples, and problems discussed were analyzed using Gainsbourg’s (2008) categories. According to the results of the research, it can be said that the teaching materials developed within the framework of the Turkish Century Education Model showed some positive developments in the field of mathematical connections. On the other hand, it was observed that the connections made in the mathematics book were concentrated in specific subcategories, and other categories were not sufficiently represented in the book. However, when evaluated in general, it was concluded that more space should be given to such models. It is clear that mathematics textbooks need to be further developed, especially in terms of variety and depth. In particular, including more and different types of connections in textbooks will not only help students learn mathematical concepts but will also strengthen their ability to use these concepts in various contexts.</p></trans-abstract>
