                            <p>In this study, some studies were conducted to measure the effect of incubation, investment, education and mentoring on the business with literature research. In all these areas, it has been observed that there are serious difficulties in measuring the impact in relation to the lack of data, reliability of the available data, quality, high level of heterogeneity and comparability between studies. In the study, first of all; business incubation will be dealt with in a conceptual and theoretical framework. Then, information about investment, business education and mentoring will be given. Current findings on business incubation, mentoring, investment and training&#039;s impact on newly established companies, impact assessments from a quantitative and qualitative perspective, the challenges of measuring impact in these areas will be discussed and findings from the literature review will be presented.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada literatür araştırması ile, inkübasyon, yatırım, eğitim ve mentorluğun işletme üzerindeki etkisini ölçmek için yapılan bazı çalışmalar değerlendirilmiştir. Tüm bu alanlarda, genellikle veri eksikliği, mevcut verilerin güvenilirliği, kalitesi, yüksek düzeyde heterojenlik ve çalışmalar arasındaki karşılaştırılabilirlik konularıyla ilişkili olarak etkinin ölçülmesinde ciddi zorlukların olduğu gözlenmiştir. Çalışmada öncelikle; işletme inkübasyonu kavramsal ve kuramsal çerçevede ele alınacaktır. Daha sonra, yatırım, işletme eğitimi ve mentorluk hakkında bilgi verilecektir. İşletme inkübasyonu, mentorluk, yatırım ve eğitimin yeni kurulan şirketler üzerindeki etkisine ilişkin mevcut bulgular, nicel ve nitel bir bakış açısıyla etki değerlendirmeleri, bu alanlardaki etkinin ölçülmesinin zorlukları tartışılacak ve literatür taramasından elde edilen bulgular sunulacaktır.</p></abstract>
