4 Eylül Academy Journal is a national and international peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to publishing original and high-quality scientific studies in the field of social sciences. The journal accepts theoretical and empirical research articles prepared in economics, business administration, public finance, public administration, political science, international relations, labor economics, sociology and all other subfields of the social sciences.

The journal aims to contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge by disseminating original research to the academic community. The publication languages of the journal are Turkish and English.

4 Eylül Academy Journal adopts a continuous publication model. Manuscripts that successfully complete the peer-review process and are accepted for publication are published in full text with a DOI number assigned, without waiting for a scheduled issue.

All submission, review, and publication processes are conducted exclusively through the DergiPark platform. All submitted manuscripts are first screened for plagiarism and then evaluated under a double-blind peer-review process by at least two independent reviewers.

All content published in the journal is freely accessible under the open-access policy. In this way, the journal aims to enhance the dissemination of scientific knowledge and strengthen academic collaboration.
