Tamara Olenich is a Doctor of Philosophy and Professor of Don State Technical University. Tamara is a specialist on the state of religious confessions within the post-Soviet space; the researcher explores informal youth movements, destructive cults and sects. Tamara actively participates in research programs and projects, including international ones. In 1993 Tamara graduated from the Rostov State Pedagogical Institute. Since 1993 she has been working at Mariupol State University (MGI). From 2005 to 2007 Tamara Olenich held the post of pro-rector for scientific work at Mariupol State University. In 2014 Tamara Olenich became Professor at the Department of Orthodox Culture and Theology of the Don State Technical University, Rostov-on-Don. Tamara Olenich delivers courses: "Religious studies", "Philosophy", "Religious factor in international relations", "Psychological factor in religion", etc. Tamara Olenich contribute to more than 100 scientific publications including 2 monographs, textbooks and other scientific publications dedicated to religious studies and philosophy. Her works devoted to religious themes are published in missionary-apologetic projects and sites related to religious and cultural orientation. The works of the scientist are presented in the media, including foreign ones.
