Bio
Dr. Senem NART received her Master and Ph.D degree from the Department of Business Administration in Social Sciences Institute at Balıkesir University, Balıkesir, TURKEY. She has been working as Assistant Professor at Bandirma Onyedi Eylul University and teaches Management and Organization, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Sciences and Organizational Behavior courses both graduate and undergraduate programs.
