Bio
I am a Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Istanbul. I am a holder of a Doctorate in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Istanbul. I have 25 years of professional experience during which I has worked at University of Istanbul. During my twenty five (25) years of teaching experience at university level, I have been involved in providing academic leadership, teaching postgraduate students, organizing and guiding research programs, and undertaking research and consultancy in the area of pharmacology and toxicology. I have supervised a total of postgraduate students (6 PhD) to completion. In addition, I am currently supervising a total of four (4) on-going postgraduate students at PhD levels. I have published a total of fourty one (41) scientific papers articles that include thesis, papers in peer reviewed journals, book chapters and conference proceedings. I am a member of The Turkish Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology Association where I have been involved in the association’s leadership at National level for several years.
