Abstract
Non- necrotizing granulomas are rarely seen in tumor stroma. Primary tumor related these granulomas are termed as sarcoid-like reaction SBR . Tumor related SBR develops against antigens that expressed by tumor. These granulomas are thought to relate host immune defense against tumor. However existent reports are insufficient to explain its prognostic value. We present a rare case of clear cell renal cell carcinoma associated with tumor related sarcoid-like granulomas.

Abstract
Non-nekrotizan granülomlara tümör stromasında nadiren rastlanır. Primer tümörle ilişkili görülen bu granülomlara sarkoid benzeri reaksiyon SBR denir. Tümör ilişkili SBR, tümörün eksprese ettiği antijenlere karşı gelişmektedir. Bu granülomların, konağın tümöre karşı gösterdiği immün yanıtla ilişkili olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bununla birlikte mevcut çalışmalar prognostik önemini açıklamada yetersizdir. Burada nadir görülen bir vaka olarak tümör stromasında sarkoid benzeri granülomlar gösteren berrak hücreli renal hücreli karsinom vakası sunduk.
